Branden Barkema grew up with a front row seat watching his father build a successful medical imaging equipment sales and services business for more than 30 years. He channeled that experience into a successful career helping other entrepreneurial businesses for nearly two decades. Branden has held several senior leadership roles, and he is highly experienced leading in, and growing businesses up to $100 million in annual revenue.
One highlight of Branden’s journey occurred in 2014 when he became a founding member of a training and development business dedicated to teaching and coaching leaders. That program has impacted more than 1,400 individual leaders, and he credits this experience for his desire to grow servant leaders and help them build thriving organizations.
Branden discovered the power of EOS during his time as COO of a managed services business. This eventually led him to become an EOS Implementer where he now dedicates his time helping entrepreneurs and leaders build better performing businesses and stronger teams.
Branden resides in northwest Saint Johns County, Florida (Jacksonville) with his wife and daughters.
