Brad Whitehead knows firsthand the thrills and challenges of business ownership. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, he learned early that every owner’s path is unique. He believes success comes from grit, sound decision-making, and surrounding yourself with the right talent and expertise.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Brad has developed and executed growth strategies for companies in local, regional, and national markets. After scaling his own business to $15M across Colorado’s resort markets and later serving as COO of a $75M national firm, he experienced both the wins and lessons that shape resilient leaders.
Introduced to EOS during his own journey, Brad saw how structured systems unlock clarity and accountability. Today, as a Certified EOS Implementer and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), he helps service-based companies from $3–30M in revenue sharpen strategy, engage teams, and execute with discipline—always with an eye on growing enterprise value.
Brad holds a BA in economics and psychology from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Georgia Tech. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and enjoys sharing stories of his three grown children.
