After a long career with a large financial services firm, I took my first entrepreneurial leap by starting a property management and investment business focused on manufactured housing communities. We grew from 1 community to 25 communities in 24 months. We struggled to stay organized with our long list of priorities and consistent communication across the communities was difficult. We were successful in spite of ourselves and decided to sell the portfolio in 2010. I scratched my head wondering how I could have run the organization more efficiently and effectively.
Soon thereafter, I was hired at a fast growing entrepreneurial company in Central Indiana responsible for the business results for a 400+ person division. Someone on the executive leadership team introduced me to the book Traction and EOS. The lightbulb went off in my head immediately! We began running our division on the simple and proven EOS tools and we saw immediate results including a more energized team.
Most recently, I have became a Professional EOS Implementer so I can help growing companies in Central Indiana benefit from these powerful tools and disciplines.
