Blake’s passion is helping entrepreneurs get unstuck so they can pursue and expand their unique freedom. Depending on the unique situation, Blake’s talent for introducing just the right combination of perspective and process sparks entrepreneurial leadership teams to start moving, move faster, or begin moving in the proper direction – with clarity. As a teacher, coach, and facilitator, Blake spends much of his time directly engaged with these teams as a Professional EOS Implementer—helping them implement EOS in their own companies.
Blake grew up in an entrepreneurial household, where he had a front row seat as his parents started/bought/shut-down/sold 10+ companies. After starting several of his own ventures, Blake set out to sharpen his business acumen in the world of consulting and joined a big 4 firm. It was not until he joined a smaller firm, becoming the youngest Sr. Manager, that he got to see first hand the impact of EOS – a full circle moment as Blake’s father, Mark, is the co-author of Rocket Fuel.
Inspired by the simplicity and practicality of it all, Blake decided to pursue teaching and coaching EOS full time, helping others achieve the same great results! Since then Blake has helped 20+ teams WIN via EOS implementation.
