Bill’s passion is making a meaningful difference in the lives of others every day. From his competitive days in sports to his leadership career, Bill has always believed in the power of vision, disciplined execution, and teamwork to unlock extraordinary results.

With over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, owner, and investor – spanning strategic growth, business turnarounds, and leadership across multiple industries — Bill brings a proven track record of delivering measurable results, driving business value, and developing high-performing teams. His background includes leading and advising early-stage ventures, small and mid-sized entrepreneurial firms, and established organizations exceeding $100M in revenue.

Bill’s energy is contagious. Whether facilitating an EOS session or leading a hands-on workshop, he inspires, challenges, and equips leaders to transform their organizations. He leads with a spirit of service, gratitude, and encouragement – helping others achieve excellence and significant impact.

Outside of work, Bill is passionate about faith, family, and adventure. He and his wife, BJ, enjoy life with their two dogs, Atticus and Harper Lee, and cherish time with their two new grandchildren. Bill loves to travel, ski, mountain bike, road bike, and pickleball – and he still laces up his shoes for competitive basketball, and tennis. He and BJ also enjoy serving overseas on mission, combining their love for travel with a heart for making a difference around the world.
