My passion is helping leadership teams run a better business — and live a better life!
I’ve spent most of my career on the leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies, helping to successfully grow and manage the business. I know what it’s like to wear a lot of hats and I understand the joys – and the challenges – of running a successful business.
I’m obsessed with organizational development – finding ways to successfully implement change that improves performance and gets better results. With a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing creative solutions and building strong, collaborative teams, I’m able to help leadership teams get everything they really want out of their business.
When I’m not working with my awesome clients, you can find me hanging out with my adorable grandsons, kayaking in Vermont, or gallivanting somewhere around the world. Last adventure: Norway to watch my son play hockey, dance with wolves and chase the northern lights!
