I built my first business from the ground up and sold it. That win convinced me I had it all figured out. I didn’t. The businesses that followed didn’t succeed, and those failures taught me more than the first success ever could. I learned that hustle without systems is a trap. That growth without alignment tears teams apart. And that the hardest lessons are the ones that actually stick.

For the past seven years, I’ve been in the trenches with founders running companies across eight African countries — helping them build the structures, discipline, and leadership habits needed to scale beyond borders. I’ve seen what happens when employees lack shared vision and an organisation lacks accountability. I’ve watched brilliant entrepreneurs hit ceilings they couldn’t see. And I’ve helped them break through.
