My Core Focus is helping business owners live the EOS Life: doing what they love, with people they love, making a huge difference, being compensated appropriately, and having time for other passions. I’ve set a personal goal to help 500 business leaders live their EOS Life by 2034 by running strong, healthy businesses on EOS. Everything in my practice is built around that purpose.
Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I spent nearly two decades in the business world as a consultant, owner, and operator, working in New York, San Francisco, and back home in Idaho. I’ve personally sat in every major leadership seat, including Visionary, Integrator, Sales, Operations, and Finance, and I’ve used EOS to run and grow multiple businesses. That includes scaling a real estate business more than tenfold and co-founding a private equity fund focused on acquiring and growing small businesses in Idaho. Those experiences give me a deep appreciation for the real challenges leaders face day to day and shape how I show up as a teacher, facilitator, and coach.
My approach is grounded in three uniques. I help leaders understand the financial game they’re playing and how to win it, bringing clarity to the numbers that matter most so better decisions can be made. I thoughtfully integrate technology and AI as a thought partner to help leaders clarify thinking, challenge conclusions, and pressure-test ideas while remaining firmly in the role of decision-maker. And I’m known for leading great EOS sessions while also making myself available between sessions to help leaders better understand and apply the EOS tools, because I believe real traction is built by running on EOS day in and day out.
Outside of EOS, my life centers on my wife and four kids, being active in my community and church, and getting outside whenever possible. I enjoy water and snow sports, college football, reading fiction, and traveling with my family. Living the EOS Life isn’t just something I teach. It’s something I actively practice and help my clients work toward as well.
