Ben Goetz has been an entrepreneur since that age of 16, when he founding 2 successful businesses. As a professional engineer for 13 years, he became an expert at simplifying and solving complex issues. He then led his family owned business, Family Foods, Inc, through a huge expansion into eight new markets, growing from 10 to 35 locations with a 1,000 employees. Through his leadership, they increased revenue by $27M to achieve $53M in annual sales, recognized as the top Taco Bell franchisee, and successfully sold the business in 2014.
During this amazing business growth, he faced the toughest and most important challenge when his third son was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis, a rare genetic condition. He learned quickly and by necessity the importance of structuring his time around a few, non-negotiable priorities, staying laser focused on what matters most. With the help of his amazing wife, and relationship with Jesus Christ, they were able to not just endure but also to thrive.
In 2013, Ben began his own EOS journey to help business leaders and their teams to be laser focused, achieving priorities and abundance in their business and lives. He has led over 120 teams to become their best through Expert EOS Implementation, going from stuck to unstoppable.
