I grew up scooping ice cream in my family’s business, getting a front-row seat to the chaos of running a small business. The love, the stress, the “what the heck is going on?” moments—I saw it all. I spent the first half of my career in the corporate world working with leadership teams, but realized: I missed the magic of small business.
So I jumped back in and led a real estate team that was filled with frustration and chaos. No structure, same issues on repeat, meetings that went nowhere, and accountability that meant different things to different people. We were working hard, but not smart. That changed in 2016 when we hired an EOS Implementer. EOS completely transformed our team—300% growth in both revenue and profit—and more importantly, we actually liked working together. We were aligned, we had fun, and we were finally rowing in the same direction.
As the Integrator, I fell in love with EOS. I saw what was possible when leaders get out of the weeds and into clarity. Now, I help other visionary entrepreneurs cut through the chaos, build traction, and actually enjoy their business again. This is hands-down the most rewarding work I’ve done in my 25+ years of leadership.
