With 20+ years helping entrepreneurial companies grow (and untangle the messiness that comes with it), I partner with gritty CEOs and Visionary/Integrator duos who have built their businesses from the ground up and now feel stuck in growth‑limbo.

I’ve been through it all: two recessions, a pandemic, an acquisition, a divestiture, and I know what it feels like to be carrying the weight of a business on your back. Early in my career, I led a $150M organization and drove 300% growth by building systems and structure that actually worked for real people. I worked with well over 2,500 organizations to get the right people in the right seats. Since then, I’ve been hyper-focused on helping the leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies get clear on their priorities, align their teams, and finally stop swirling!
