I was born into a family of entrepreneurs–my father ran an electrical business throughout my childhood.
For nearly a decade, I served as the Integrator of an EOS run engineering staffing firm servicing the energy sector that grew from $6M to $25M in revenue, giving me first-hand experience managing a flourishing business. Since then I’ve spent the last 9 years as an EOS Implementer–coaching, facilitating, and training business owners and leadership teams of small and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries. I have a special interest in family-owned businesses (including generational transfers) and exit planning transitions.
When I’m not helping business owners get more of what they want out of their business, I enjoy cycling, playing golf, traveling, photography, reading, and being a coffee connoisseur & dark chocolate aficionado.
