Barry is an entrepreneur at his core. After leaving the Marine Corps in 1999, he started his career in sales. In 2010, he helped start and grow his family’s successful Automotive Repair Shop from the ground up, and within four years the business reached $1 million in annual sales. He has also started a Sales Training company, and after helping many clients grow their business through a sales focused process, he quickly realized that most of his clients needed an operating system to get control of their business. Barry’s background in sales and entrepreneurship prepared him to thrive as an organizational and leadership EOS Implementer.
Barry is driven, caring, passionate and never backs down from a problem; traits that he helps impart on his clients to grow their businesses in a positive way. He is fully present with every client, giving equal passion and attention to everyone he serves. Barry brings dedicated support to leadership and sales teams, helping them with the six key components of their business to make it operate with the best structure for their specific industry.
His motivation is to inspire people to live their best life, and for companies to achieve their highest potential!
