Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I spent 17 years building and leading a high-growth technology company in the Denver area. As Co-Founder and COO of ReadyTalk, I helped scale the business from startup to $40M in revenue and 180+ employees while navigating the increasing complexity that comes with growth. I understand what it means to hold teams accountable, drive clarity across departments, and manage the natural tension between vision and execution.
