Most entrepreneurial companies eventually hit a ceiling.

Growth gets harder. Complexity builds. The leadership team works harder, but the same issues keep coming back. Accountability gets fuzzy, priorities multiply, and the business starts to feel harder to run than it should.

I know that world because I’ve lived it.

For more than 25 years, I’ve been a founder, CEO, operator, investor, board member, buyer, and seller of businesses across software, services, and hardware. I’ve led venture-backed companies, scaled revenue from approximately $17 million to more than $35 million, more than doubled enterprise value, and participated in three successful exits representing more than $500 million in exit value.

I’ve lived through the pressure of the 90-day operating world. My experience gives teams a 360-degree view of a business—from strategy and operations to financing, governance, M&A, and enterprise value creation. Everything I bring forward is grounded in experience, not theory.

I’ve also spent years evaluating and investing in private companies. That means I’ve seen dozens of leadership teams from the other side of the table and learned what investors and buyers consistently look for: a clear strategy, a strong leadership team, the right people in the right seats, operating discipline, predictable execution, and a business that can scale beyond its founders.

I help leadership teams get to the real issues, make better decisions, and implement a proven system that allows the business to run better without becoming dependent on me.
