Audrey is a seasoned entrepreneur with 20 years in the F&B and event catering industries. As her business grew, she encountered management challenges, prompting her to join the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) in the Philippines. Through EO’s mentorship, she adopted the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), enabling her team to operate independently and efficiently. This shift allowed her business to scale, catering to events with up to 6,000 guests and earning recognition as one of Manila’s Best Caterers.
Beyond catering, Audrey founded a recruitment company and an e-commerce business. She now dedicates her time to refining Revenue Operations processes for companies, leveraging her marketing and sales expertise. Audrey also established a BPO startup that connects Filipino talent with U.S. companies needing outsourced work in the Revenue Operations space.
Her Filipino-Chinese heritage provides her with unique insights into family-run businesses, emphasizing the importance of healthy leadership relationships. Audrey’s passion for lifelong learning drives her to inspire others to grow both personally and professionally, making her a dynamic force in the entrepreneurial world.
