How I am wired, how I grew up and what I have been doing for the past 20 years will tell you a lot about who I am as an advisor, facilitator and coach.
My MO is that I collect information, I take time to understand how things work, I make changes to improve results, and all along the way I stick with what works.
I am a fourth-generation entrepreneur. All four of my grandparents were entrepreneurs and my dad was an entrepreneur. I have been helping entrepreneurs my entire life. My grandparents retired from their businesses but did not sell them.
12-year-old me would have told you that he wanted to buy and sell companies when he grew up. For the past 20 years I have helped entrepreneurs buy and sell businesses and raise capital.
Over the years I realized that my best clients ran on EOS. Those clients had great businesses, teams, strategy, data, and results. This realization and my passion to help entrepreneurs is what brought me to become an implementer. I do this work with the confidence and experience of someone who has worked with hundreds of companies. I also do this work with the enthusiasm of a kid that is doing that one thing they love to do the most.
