Anthony Pribonic is an entrepreneur turned Professional EOS Implementer who helps leadership teams gain clarity, strengthen accountability, and execute their vision—drawing on his own experience building and scaling businesses since the age of 20.
Anthony began his entrepreneurial journey in 2010 while attending college, launching one of the region’s early boutique group fitness concepts specializing in TRX Suspension Training. What started as a single concept grew into a portfolio of successful fitness businesses and multi-location health club operations built around strong member experience, community, and operational excellence.
As the businesses evolved, Anthony founded a boxing-based fitness concept and led its expansion into new markets ultimately developing and franchising the model for growth across multiple states. Through these ventures, he developed a deep appreciation for what truly drives business success beyond strategy alone: clear vision, disciplined execution, strong leadership teams, accountability, and simple, repeatable systems.
Like many entrepreneurs, Anthony experienced firsthand the operational challenges that come with growth—leaders wearing too many hats, lack of clarity around roles and priorities, and great ideas struggling to translate into consistent execution. Discovering and implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within his own businesses proved transformative, creating the structure, focus, and accountability needed to unlock the full potential of the leadership team and organization.
Today, Anthony works with entrepreneurial leadership teams who want more than just a plan—they want a system that helps them consistently execute it.
