About

I’ve always loved systemizing and improving things. Initially, I applied this to degrees in computer science, and a career in medical software.

I married an entrepreneur, and about 10 years into his journey to build an IT company, he asked me to come help him run it. He was a Visionary without someone to execute his vision. I tried to “debug” the business, as it were, but it was just overwhelming: we were constantly putting out fires. So as the newly minted President, I engaged a CFO and an EOS implementer.

It took a lot of intentional focus and working on the business, but today the company has a healthy leadership team, excellent employee retention, and solid financials. Now I’m free to pursue my passion: sharing EOS and its benefits to other small businesses leaders.
