Angela grew up immersed in the challenges and dynamics of business, having been raised in an entrepreneurial household. This early exposure ignited a lifelong passion for helping leaders regain control and achieve their vision. With vast corporate experience, including 17+ years at Booz Allen Hamilton, Angela developed systems that secured $2B in government contracts, honing her expertise in operational efficiency.
Her EOS journey began when her husband’s company hit a ceiling. She originally began mastering EOS with the intention of implementing only in his company, but immediately connected to the system and found a passion for helping other business owners. Angela recently co-founded a real estate tech startup, adding to her experience of scaling businesses.
Angela has facilitated 500+ EOS sessions across industries. As a Certified Forum Facilitator with YPO, she works with business leaders globally. She co-authored the upcoming Data book in the Traction library, set for release in 2025.
