I love being an Entrepreneur – my calling I was fortunate to discover in middle school, and which has led to the creation of 5 business ventures so far.

Back in 2005 we hit the Ceiling of Growth so hard I had a golf ball sized lump on my head.  In desperation, we turned to a business coach who helped us work better together as a Leadership Team using the principles of the EOS Model.  The time-tested principles of EOS became the foundation for operating our businesses, and remain the bedrock of my entrepreneurial beliefs today.

I am a seasoned veteran of family businesses and have enjoyed glorious times working with my family, mixed of course with very difficult moments of pain.  But I would not trade a single day of our journey because the work that we’ve done together has been meaningful, rewarding, and provided care for our family and for hundreds of other families we’ve supported over our years of working together.

For me, owning and operating a business is a call to service.  An opportunity and responsibility to create a culture of meaning through strong teamwork that builds something bigger than ourselves and generates good for our clients, our employees, and our community.  My entrepreneurial journey has created skills and expertise in executive leadership, sales & marketing, operations & planning, strategic growth, and business expansion. My leadership style is characterized by beginning with the end in mind, drawing teams together, building accountability, and acting with courage in conflict.

I believe in the EOS model and have witnessed its power first-hand.  I’m committed to serve and coach business owners and their leadership teams to use the EOS toolbox of success to create clear vision, build accountability, drive revenue & profit, and in a larger sense provide the freedom and power to get what you want from your business.
