I’m passionate about growth and teambuilding. Much of my 40+ year career was dedicated to the growth of a small consumer food products company that grew 10X from 1997 to 2014. This growth was accomplished largely through acquisition of entrepreneurial and larger companies achieving a place in the Fortune 500. My leadership and C-level roles included acquisition due diligence/integration and development of organizations, processes and systems to support growth by building capability, discipline and accountability. Upon exit, I embarked on a career in higher education teaching Business Strategy and serving on the College of Business leadership team for the University of Akron where I started a Professional Development function to help students round out their education and businesses find talent.
When given a copy of the book Traction, I couldn’t put it down realizing that EOS is very similar to tools and processes used throughout my career but streamlined and simplified for the busy entrepreneur and their teams. Leveraging the power of EOS and experiences throughout my 40+ year career, I want to help owners and leadership teams get more of what they want from their business.
