I’m a tall, bald, sometimes-bearded guy—6’7″ to be exact. A few quick answers: Yes, I played basketball, and yes, the weather up here is usually nice.
I’m an entrepreneur at heart and a recovering CPA. As you get to know me you will probably say “You’re not a typical accountant”. Throughout my career, I’ve been involved as an entrepreneur and helping other entrepreneurs. I’ve worked as a CPA, CFO, and business owner in fields like professional services, manufacturing, construction, and sales/distribution.
In 2015, during a time of overwhelming chaos in my business, I discovered EOS, which I connected with at a different level. EOS brought structure, clarity, and focus to our team, helping us overcome hurdles and align our vision. My company still runs on EOS today and I’ve seen firsthand how it transforms organizations with a clear vision, traction towards the vision, and a healthy culture. Since 2022 I am now focused on helping other leadership teams achieve the same success with EOS.
Outside of work, I love talking business, traveling with my family, grilling, watching funny movies, or brainstorming new product ideas.
