I’ve always been drawn to helping people grow. Long before I became a Certified EOS Implementer®, I helped scale a software company, which led me to entrepreneurship, where I found myself juggling it all. I lived the highs of growth, the stress of complexity, and the constant question of “How do we get everyone on the same page?”
EOS was the first system that gave me clarity, structure, and confidence. It changed the way I led. It changed the way I built teams. And eventually, it became the work I knew I was meant to do.
