About

I’m a heart surgeon for businesses. My experience across all business functions gives me the unique ability to diagnose areas of improvement and roll up my sleeves to stop the bleeding. I bring solutions to the table—not more problems.

I developed my leadership and decision-making skills over 9.5 years in the military, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan. My passion for systemization and process improvement grew during my time at Accenture, where I worked with Fortune 100 clients on large-scale change initiatives. Over my career, I’ve served in multiple C-suite roles, both full-time and fractional.

Today, as an active angel investor, I also help clients identify businesses to acquire. This unique lens makes me more effective in the session room, guiding teams through their EOS Journey. I understand the challenges leaders face across industries and business stages, and I share my insights to help teams grow—both personally and professionally.
