Andrea is a former Coca-Cola VP and co-founder of a family business. She’s launched two $1B brands and several flops in her career – learning hands-on what works and what doesn’t. She’s also built two businesses to sell. Now, she focuses on using her enterprise training and startup savviness to help other business owners and leaders grow to be better teams and a better business.
She’s passionate about helping leaders shift from ‘doing it all’ to leading; to getting unstuck on their way to transformational growth; and for getting the best performance and satisfaction out of all team members. She is a Certified EOS Implementer that strongly believes in the client experience, takes fun seriously and loves to put elephants on the table.
Andrea is a Girl Scout Troop leader, world traveler and an avid skier.
