I’m a serial entrepreneur and seasoned EOS Implementer who helps leaders win. I’ve spent decades growing businesses and understand the pressure, complexity, and burnout that can come with success. I know what it feels like when your business starts running you instead of you running your business.
I began my career as an auditor and attorney before joining my family’s retail business — a chain of independent party stores. We scaled it into Party City’s largest franchise, expanding from eight stores to twenty-five, with 900 employees and more than $75 million in revenue before selling in 2007. I then transformed a fledgling nonprofit into a financially secure global media company, distributing films in 26 countries and on Netflix and PBS.
Then I ran an organization on EOS, and it was a game changer.
Historically, I was great at driving explosive growth — but that growth often came with chaos. With EOS, I had both growth and order. There was clarity, accountability, and efficiency. I ran the business — the business didn’t run me.
While I was blessed with a lot of success, I made plenty of mistakes along the way. I had a realization: I could have avoided every one of those mistakes if I’d had EOS.
Today, I help entrepreneurial leadership teams implement EOS to clarify their vision, strengthen their teams, and create focus, discipline, and accountability — so they can grow with confidence and control.
Using tools like Cash Flow Story, I help leadership teams focus on cash to build stronger financial understanding and drive better results. As a Certified Partner in Predictive Index and DISC, I integrate behavioral science into my EOS work — helping leaders better understand themselves and the people they lead.
