My journey started in 1999 when I established Blueleaf, a design agency in Cheshire. The business grew into a successful e-commerce agency, receiving numerous national awards, including the prestigious Investors in People Gold award. Plus gaining personal recognition nationally as a key leader in the digital sector.
Despite our outward success, not everything was a bed of roses, with 2013 standing out as the worst year. It began with the loss of my mother. I faced a painful divorce, and the business was on the brink of insolvency. This phase of my life was certainly not what I had envisioned. I spent 3 months living under my desk, refusing to accept defeat. I secured a substantial bank loan and read “Traction,” the EOS book. This helped me create a clear path for the future, ultimately leading to the sale of the business in 2019 for a healthy sum.
Over the next few years, I remained with the business, directing internal communications and culture globally. However, my reconnection with EOS reignited my passion. It resonated with my purpose. This naturally led me to become a Professional EOS Implementer, assisting leadership teams that seek better outcomes for their business.
