My journey started in 1999 when I set up Blueleaf, a design agency in Cheshire. We grew into a successful e-commerce agency, picked up national awards, earned Investors in People Gold, and I somehow ended up being called a “leader in the digital sector.” On the outside it looked great. On the inside… not so much.

2013 hit me like a train. I lost my mum, went through a painful divorce, and the business was days away from going under. Not exactly the highlight reel I had imagined. I spent three months living under my desk — not metaphorically, literally — fuelled by stubbornness, and a refusal to quit.

Thankfully – I was gifted Traction.

The simple, practical system gave me the clarity I was desperate for. We rebuilt, got a massive loan with a personal gurantee, stabilised, grew steadily and eventually sold the business in 2019 for a healthy sum.

I stayed on for a few years, running culture and internal communications globally. But reconnecting with EOS was like flipping a switch. It aligned with my purpose. It made sense of everything I’d lived through. And it made the next step obvious: become an EOS Implementer and help leadership teams who are stuck in the same mess I once was.

I’m looking for teams I know I can genuinely help — and enjoy working with. Life’s too short to spend it with people you can’t connect with.
