I have seen the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.
The low happened when the company I was working for disappeared virtually overnight in the Internet Meltdown.
10 years later, the high happened: As the COO of a Dental Services Firm, we sold our business at a great price.
We struggled with our culture in that business; looking back, we could have done even better in that transaction… and enjoyed our journey so much more.
Next, I started my own business, an Executive Search firm, and a few years later, a client introduced me to EOS.
I implemented EOS in that business, and then at another company which doubled its customers in one year.
I know now that my recruiting clients needed more from me than just a person…
