I believe you can have a successful business without it consuming you. I know because I grew up inside one that had to learn how.
My parents started a financial planning firm when I was 10. I started out answering phones and filing on weekends and eventually worked my way up to running operations. Along the way, I had a front-row seat to the beautiful, messy reality of building a business.
My dad was the Visionary. He could see so clearly where the business could go, and he couldn’t understand why everyone else didn’t see it too. He’d throw out ideas, hoping someone would grab one and run with it. When they didn’t, he was frustrated. The team was frustrated. Everyone worked really hard but didn’t go anywhere.
Then we found EOS.
For the first time, we had a way to get the vision out of his head and onto paper. The team could see where we were going, how they could help us get there, and work together to decide which ideas actually deserved our time and energy.
It changed our business. And it changed our family.
In 2019, I helped see that business through a successful sale. From there, I spent years leading the integration of more than 20 acquisitions, getting an inside look at how all kinds of businesses operate.
I kept noticing something: the healthiest companies had clarity. Their people knew where they were going, what mattered, and how they fit into the picture.
That’s the work I love doing now.
I work with owners tired from carrying so much of the business themselves. The ones thinking: Why does this still feel so hard? Why am I involved in everything? Could this place actually run without me?
EOS gives us a proven framework to change that. But I don’t believe your business should come out looking like everyone else’s.
I studied art and design before I ever studied business, and I still tend to see things a little differently. Instead of cookie-cutter solutions, I like to remix. We keep what’s working, question what isn’t, uncover possibilities you may not see yet, and build a business that works better while still feeling unmistakably yours.
In the room, I’m warm, curious, high-energy, and stay pretty calm when things get messy. I’ll ask the hard questions. I’ll help your team talk about the thing everyone has avoided. And I’ll stay with you while you figure out what comes next.
Because ultimately, I don’t just want your business to run better.
I want you to feel alive in it again.
I want more business owners out of the weeds, doing the work unique to their skills, creating opportunities for other people, building something meaningful, and having a life outside of it too.
