A lifelong entrepreneur, Nate Wolfson started his first company at age 23, grew it from 3 to 65 employees over seven years, and sold it to Staples in 2008. He then took over a struggling web development firm, implemented EOS, and grew it into a 3x Inc. Magazine “5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America” honoree.
A long-time volunteer mentor through the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO), Nate had an epiphany in 2014, when he realized his true calling lay in helping other entrepreneurs. Nate sold his business to become a Professional EOS Implementer, and since then has helped more than 70 companies successfully implement EOS across a wide variety of industries.
A regular public speaker on EOS, Nate is one of two Community Leaders in North America for EOS Worldwide. He teaches our quarterly Boot Camp for new Professional EOS Implementers and leads our Detroit Quarterly Collaborative Exchange (QCE) where our community gathers every 90 days to learn and grow together.
On the weekends, Nate enjoys hiking, coaching his kids’ sports teams, trying new restaurants with his wife, and collecting vintage posters. He is motivated by a deep desire to help entrepreneurs and their team accomplish more than they thought was possible. If you think he can help—even with just some free advice—he would love to hear from you.

As a manager and team leader for many years in many well-established companies, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many coaching and business development programs. EOS has been far and away the most impactful. Our team has made amazing progress over the past four years we’ve been working with Nate. Thank you, Nate for being a kick ass coach. Your ability to keep us focused and moving on this EOS train is truly impressive.
