Jeff has been where you are.
After a 15-years as a commercial litigator in Dallas Jeff took on a series of business challenges as an executive. He has personally owned an individual sales budget, and he has managed multi-state sales teams . Over the years his responsibilities have ranged from marketing to strategic planning. He has served on boards of directors, and n his last role prior to becoming an EOS Implementer Jeff was the CEO of a multi-national manufacturing company.
Jeff didn’t learn business from a book, he learned it from leading companies. He’s run businesses ranging from start-ups to mature 300-employee companies. He knows what it’s like to build a leadership team, to chart a course, and to drive the daily execution necessary to achieve lofty goals. He also knows what it’s like to lay awake at night wondering about the future, the constantly changing competitive landscape, and the challenges of building an effective and functional team. He knows what it’s like to make payroll.
Jeff is committed to making EOS a transformational resource for companies that are serious about getting to the next level and willing to do the hard work to get there.
Jeff has an undergraduate degree in English from the University of South Florida, an MBA from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
Before Jeff, we were faced with issues and concerns that every small business can relate to. He helped us put together a plan and kept us accountable to stay on the right track. That’s what helps me sleep at night. I can’t imagine what we would have done without Jeff.

In August last year I brought on Jeff Whittle, a Certified EOS Implementer, to help me implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Having it in place now for almost a year, I can honestly say it has transformed the way we run our business. Our profits are up substantially, I have more control, and I’m happier and less stressed. We are now proactive about solving problems and able consistently to monitor the business with confidence and clarity.
