Brian began his entrepreneurial journey at a young age. By 12 he was printing placemats for a local diner out of his bedroom and frustrated that he couldn’t drive to his customer without parental assistance. Later in his professional career, he led entrepreneurial business in sizes ranging from 7 to more than 170 employees, across multiple industries.
While struggling to build and lead exceptional teams, he realized the need to learn from others. In 2012 he joined C12, a Christian business owner peer-group, where he learned from and worked alongside more than 30 diverse business owners for nearly 5 years. As a result, his leadership team grew the business 3Xs in revenue and consistently dropped more than 20% to the bottom line.
It was during that time where he began to notice the common challenges shared by members of the group which ultimately kept them from their full potential. After years of reading dozens of books and attending seminars in search for a solution that would help, he was introduced to Gino Wickman’s book Traction, which describes the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Now Brian’s passion is to use his 2,000+ hours of EOS experience and 200+ session days working alongside entrepreneurial teams, to help other leaders implement this holistic system allowing them to live their ideal lives. Lives that exist outside of the office and can now have a positive impact on their families, churches, and communities. Lives with a purpose, that are enabled by a system, EOS.
Brian’s entrepreneurial experience, along with his wise sense of people and situations were very helpful to me. Many times as an owner in the trenches, it was hard to see the forest through the trees.

Brian helped me develop key business strategies, which led to increased revenue. More importantly, he helped me move my business to a higher level by uncovering certain limiting beliefs that I had formed.
