Marcus is passionate about working with business owners, especially entrepreneurs who have a desire taking their companies to the next level.
Following his 20 years in public accounting, working for major organizations and leading large teams, Marcus took a turn down the entrepreneurial path and has never looked back. Marcus started companies where he served as CEO, COO and President. His last technology company grew in a short period to over $20 mil and 80 employees. He successfully transitioned it to the current management team where it has been growing even faster with implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Marcus has been coaching business leaders and their teams for over 19 years and is a Professional EOS Implementer. He has worked with over 20 companies implementing the EOS tools. What Marcus does best is helping management teams come together, clarify their vision to get great results, get the right people in place, strengthen accountability and build healthy leadership teams who can build and sustain growth in their companies.
Marcus’s passion for teaching and assisting extends to the boardroom and many non-profits. He serves on the board of directors of Catholic Charities, Fiesta Bowl, Forest Highlands Foundation and several other local and educational organizations. Marcus has an undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University and his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
