For 3 decades, TC North, PhD has helped entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 companies and elite athletes maximize success. His practice began by mentally training elite athletes including 31 Olympic athletes, Olympic teams and a professional sports team.

About 26 years ago he began coaching entrepreneurs and their leadership teams, which he loves and continues because entrepreneurs, and their leaders, are the athletes of the business world. To maximize success entrepreneurial leaders must master both their business and their minds (control fear and negativity and build courage and confidence).

In the past couple of years, TC helped 2 entrepreneurs go from frustration and flat revenues to become members of the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private companies in the US. One of these companies had $700k in revenue when he started working with them and he celebrated with them after they sold the company for $39M.

He is a mentor for Techstars business accelerator and is designated an All-Star mentor (an honor only given to 1% of mentors globally), a bestselling author for Fearless Leaders and a well published researcher. One of his research articles has been designated a landmark study.
