About This Implementer
David has been part of the leadership team of an entrepreneurial accounting firm since 1996, primarily responsible for operations and strategic plan execution. During that time, the firm has grown from $2 million to a $32 million multi-office firm. Implementing EOS in 2015 allowed the firm to break through a ceiling and double in size over the next 4 years. Realizing the tremendous benefit that EOS is to any entrepreneurial business, David has transitioned out of much of the day to day operations of his role and has become a Professional EOS Implementer because he is passionate about helping entrepreneurs get the most of their business.
David lives in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife Stacy and they have 3 adult children.
