Monica spent 25 years changing the way the world shops. After 17 years of building and scaling 24×7 live production operations at the world’s largest TV Shopping network to become an $8B global organization, Monica left to help build and scale a flash sale / ecommerce start up. She worked with the founders and other function leaders to grow that business to over $300M in annual revenue but ultimately was recruited back to the TV Shopping Network to help them break through a new growth ceiling. Working with the executive leadership team, she implemented a business operating system to improve decision making, prioritization, and execution of their growth strategies. It was that role that crystalized her unique ability, which is working alongside leadership teams to help them clarify their priorities and drive more focus, discipline, and accountability.
She started her business, The Allele Group, in 2018 with a focus on helping small to mid-size business leaders with strategic planning and execution of their biggest priorities. While networking with other business owners, she learned that several of them were implementing EOS and that is when she read Traction for the first time. The timeless concepts and simple tools resonated and built upon her own experiences so she decided to become a Professional EOS Implementer.
Given that her 25 year career was spent in just two entrepreneurial retail companies, Monica’s 10-year target now is to help at least 100 businesses clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision – and she is well on her way! While retail and ecommerce will always hold a place in her heart, she now enjoys working with business owners and leadership teams across all industries, helping them lay a strong foundation to break through their own growth ceilings and achieve their vision.
Monica’s facilitation of EOS with our leadership team has been a game changer for us. Every session with Monica has brought greater clarity to how we can take our organization to the next level together.

Implementing EOS with Monica has both energized and refocused how Ingram Engineering Services, Inc. operates. The weekly Level 10 meetings have resulted in efficient time management and have kept us from getting lost in the details – we don’t work in circles as we have in the past. The ‘health’ of our company has improved significantly with a more positive culture. Only 9 months into EOS and we are excited to see how often we will continue to break through the ceiling!
