About This Implementer
Jim is an experienced and successful businessman and entrepreneur. Formerly the CEO of a family-owned manufacturing company, Jim grew revenue from $3 million to $12 million and eventually sold the company for over $30 million. During that same time, Jim was also a member of the CEO Peer Advisory Board with Vistage, a leading CEO Leadership Organization. These experiences have given Jim first hand insight into the challenges and issues leaders, entrepreneurs, owners, and their teams face in today’s challenging business environment. As an outcome of these experiences, Jim found he had a passion for helping and guiding leaders and their teams to take their business to the next level.
Since 2012 Jim has been an award-winning Vistage CEO Peer Group Chair. He has worked with over 50 CEOs and Key Executives to help them achieve success in such areas as:

• Develop high-performance teams
• Develop culture of accountability and achievement
• Develop & execute successful strategies
