About Me

I’ve spent over 30 years as a business leader and entrepreneur. I’ve started four businesses, with some great successes and some awful setbacks. Like any good entrepreneur, I learned a lot more from the setbacks.

My EOS journey started with an IT Services firm I led. We grew by over 300% in less than three years. That might sound like a great success but the reality was absolutely overwhelming. I was working 7 days a week, week after week, month after month.

Then we implemented EOS.

It dramatically improved our focus, alignment and Traction. And I got my life back!

I realized then my true passion is helping other entrepreneurs live their best life. EOS is the best way I’ve ever found to do exactly that.

So, in November 2017 I joined the EOS Worldwide community. Since then, I’ve helped over 40 entrepreneurs and their Leadership Teams pursue their EOS Life.
