Hi, I’m Chris.

I’m a serial team builder, I’ve been dong it my entire life, and I’m not going to stop anytime soon!

I’m a high energy, straight shooting coach who likes to go after something special with my teams. Go big, if you can’t, go Medium, but don’t just go home…

Over the last 8 years of Implementing EOS full-time, I can now say that anything is possible, and I’ve been humbled by the grit, resilience, and sheer passion of my teams to overcome some very real obstacles and triumph if the face of adversity.

EOS simply works if you want it to, in fact, several of my clients have been honored as a “Best Place to Work” over 30 times and counting!   These Include a detailed employee engagement survey, with engagement needing to be in the 90+ percentile in many cases, truly world class cultures with exceptionally profitable outcomes for all stakeholders.

My Target market:  Privately held, entrepreneurial minded, want to be great. Willing to make people moves, have difficult conversations, and be kind to everyone involved. I work with companies between $20M to $1B in annual rev, parent companies, & private equity firms needing consistent growth.
