CJ DuBe’ has always been an entrepreneur. With 35+ years of experience, CJ knows a lot about business and people. CJ has worked in various capacities, from regional sales management for 5 divisions of a large international company to VP of Operations & HR for a facilities management firm. Then Co-Founder & Managing Director of an HR Contract Consulting firm which grew from $0-$8M in 3 years.

In 2010, after selling the HR contract consulting firm, CJ went looking for her next entrepreneurial venture and was introduced to Gino Wickman’s book TRACTION. Since then helping entrepreneurs & their leadership teams has become CJ’s passion. She has helped over 135 companies, through more than 1,600 sessions, clarify, simplify & achieve their vision.

CJ is an award-winning entrepreneur, co-authored PEOPLE: Dare to Build an Intentional Culture, and is a sought-after speaker. She is passionate about spreading the word of EOS and helping companies and leadership teams get better at three things:VISION, TRACTION & HEALTHY.

In addition, CJ has spent the last 14 years working with and helping to grow the EOS Worldwide community. And she continues to serve as a Community Leader.
