About This Implementer

Michael “grew up” in the tech space of the original internet boom of the mid/late 90s where he helped startups grow. After the boom went bust, he became the VP of Technology for a mortgage company during the mortgage boom where he helped them grow by 550% in a 3-year period. When that boom went bust in 2008, he saw an opportunity and started his own business which he bootstrapped and grew over 10 years before successfully exiting. He then became Directory of Operations and Technology for a $100m community center project being built on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

While he experienced a lot of success, he also experienced a lot of frustration. He understands how companies hit ceilings, need to achieve healthier team dynamics (including within the leadership team) and realize more revenue, growth and profit. Or, simply put, to avoid the frustrations he experienced and get what they want from their business.

Michael is driven to help business owners and leadership teams see their professional and personal horizons clearly and take action to move toward their full potential.

Consistent with this focus, Michael coaches leadership teams to organizational health by guiding them through the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) – a set of timeless business principles and real-world tools that help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. By mastering this simple “way of operating,” leadership teams of growth-oriented companies systematically and permanently improve.

When Michael is not working with his clients on EOS, he can be found helping job seekers through his Community Cares Job Seeker Networking Group or trying to keep his sanity in his NYC apartment with his wife, 3 boys and new puppy.
