Paul’s passion is helping entrepreneurial business owners and their teams. Although he had three small ventures before he was 16, he soon realized that he was wired better to help execute the ideas than to create the ideas.
He has spent his entire business career advising small and mid-sized businesses and their owners, working with over 200 companies. He spent his first 24 years at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, where he was Managing Partner of a Middle Markets consulting group. He worked in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and professional services, leading projects in business systems design and implementation, business process improvement, and supply chain management, including implementation of lean concepts on the factory floor.
In 2002, he founded The Prestwick Group, a consulting and advisory firm focused on small and mid-sized businesses and their owners. The firm began by providing peer advisory and coaching services, as well as people assessment and development, created a proprietary job benchmarking and recruiting process in 2007, and began using EOS with clients in 2010. As a small business owner himself, Paul has lived through many of the same challenges and issues that his clients face.
As a Certified EOS Implementer, Paul acts as a “guide” to companies on the journey of implementing EOS, serving as a teacher, facilitator, and coach – roles that he loves and has developed well through his previous experiences. EOS is a unique and powerful synthesis of many great ideas that he has used and shared with his clients over 35+ years, plus great implementation tools and processes. It is truly an elegant system – powerful and complete, yet simple. He would love to help you see the power of EOS in transforming your business.
It’s no exaggeration to say that EOS has changed our company in more positive ways than I could have ever imagined – and it’s literally changed my life. I went from working until 9, 10 or even 11 at night many nights to working a normal schedule with less stress, and having time to come back to volunteer work and other personal activities that I had neglected for 10 years.

The EOS structure has provided the clarity and the tools to make real progress at our company. The accountability the system helps create has also proven invaluable to me as an owner. Adding to the EOS system is all of your experience, wisdom, unbiased perspective and personal style. You complement the Concare team, and have helped to elevate our abilities. I especially appreciate your followup calls to myself and the other members of our management group to keep us on track!
Ron Puszynski, Concare, Inc.
After reading the book Traction, I tried self-implementing EOS at our company. Although we made some progress, it wasn’t until we partnered with Paul (as Implementer) that our meetings became efficient and ultra-productive. Paul not only governs our meetings to keep us on track, but also when appropriate, he lends ideas from his vast consulting experience.
