Elizabeth Davis has a passion for helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams realize their dreams. She is an Executive Leader/CEO with a demonstrated track record of successfully starting up, scaling, growing, and exiting successful startup organizations in both the private and non-profit sectors.
Elizabeth’s business foundation is formed through hands-on experience. In 1998, she started a cloud computing company, experienced rapid growth, hit a wall during the dot-com bust, emerged, and then successfully sold the company to NetSuite. This journey, combined with the over 25 years working in business and non-profit, has provided her with a real-world perspective of what it takes to ride the wave and build successful businesses.
Elizabeth found her calling when she read the book Traction through her work as the Austin Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents’ Organization. Inspired by the power and the simplicity of the EOS™ model, she became a Professional EOS Implementer and founded her company Authentic Impact.
Elizabeth thrives on working with leadership teams focused on making real tangible changes in order to create the businesses they desire and have a more meaningful life. She helps business owners and their leadership teams get what they want from their business by implementing EOS™.
She lives a balanced life between work and family and enjoys tennis and scuba diving when the chance arises.
It is rare to find someone so gifted at coaching, motivating, and asking the tough questions that need to be asked. Elizabeth has been a blessing to the leadership team at Texas Systems Group and myself. With her insightful guidance as our EOS Implementer, we are primed for accelerated growth.
David Doran, CEO, Texas Systems Group, Inc.
Elizabeth was a remarkable facilitator. She helped our team navigate some very difficult “territorial” issues in an open, safe environment. We identified and called out “elephants in the room”, we had frank conversations and navigated through difficult issues. Elizabeth led so well. She has a unique gift of making people feel safe to speak and also point out when people need to just listen.
John Garrett, CEO & Founder, Community Impact
Working with Elizabeth has helped us clearly see where the gaps are in our business. Her style is truly Texan — tough, but warm — and her guidance during our strategic planning process helped us achieve much more than we expected. By shining the spotlight on our priorities and the issues we need to clear, we gained valuable momentum in moving the business forward.
