Before becoming a Certified EOS Implementer®, I built and led businesses across healthcare, finance, and education. I’ve been the CEO racing to increase profits, the operator solving problems faster than new ones popped up, and the nonprofit founder in a foreign country who learned that the hardest part of business isn’t the grind rather the people dynamics.

Today, I coach leadership teams to define what winning means for them and to play the game of achieving it. My style is raw, energetic, and rooted in reality. I love people, I love helping, and nothing puts a smile on my face more than watching leaders discover (and at times re-discover) what they’re truly capable of.
With a background leading financial services companies, I mastered financial modeling and driving profitability. I see a company’s numbers as a story, a blueprint of potential waiting to be unlocked. But the true power of any organization lives at the intersection of people and their energy. That’s where I do my best work: helping leaders align, execute with disciplined focus, and build teams that thrive together.
