Thomas is all about small business. Over his career he has owned or partnered in 33 small businesses from accounting and finance to real estate and hospitality industries. Thomas has gone through the struggles of being a small business owner. With over 20 years of owning, leading, and managing businesses he’s gained a wealth of knowledge both through the successes and failures of his own businesses.
Early in Thomas’ career he discovered that his true passion and calling wasn’t growing his own businesses but helping others grow theirs. In his 20’s, while growing a thriving accounting firm, he found that as his business grew his focus on his passion dwindled. That is when he decided to pivot from his focus on his own business to helping others grow their businesses. That is where Thomas found his true passion for small business.
