Hi, I’m Susan. I love helping leadership teams achieve their dreams. I know how easy it is for ambitious companies to stall out—getting caught up in daily fires, unclear priorities, and leadership teams that aren’t fully aligned. My passion is helping leaders break through persistent challenges to unlock their true potential.
I bring a rare blend of expertise: Lifetime entrepreneur, Expert EOS Implementer, Certified Outgrow Advisor, and Strategic Coach with more than 30 years of experience under my belt. I don’t just teach EOS —I listen deeply to what’s happening in the room, then provide the exercises, discussions and tools needed to address the real issues.
My style? Direct and energetic, with a big dose of accountability. I keep sessions engaging and fun (yes, even when we’re tackling the tough stuff) because transformation only happens when people are both challenged and inspired. I want my teams to be comfortable talking about the uncomfortable – because that’s where true change is born.
Helping others is a passion. Which is why I also give back to EOS – coaching new implementers and helping them develop their practices. I have also taught numerous sessions on business development – a true passion of mine. For companies that are interested in multiplying their growth quickly, I also offer Outgrow – a sales system for 15-30% revenue growth.
When I’m not helping leadership teams grow, you’ll probably find me in the equestrian world—another passion that demands discipline, partnership, and trust. Turns out those lessons translate beautifully into business, too!
