I grew up in an entrepreneurial family, so you could say business is in my DNA. As a third-generation business owner, I learned early what it means to take risks, work hard, and figure things out on the fly. By 19, I was already running my first business—a potato restaurant, of all things. From that humble start, I went on to lead multi-million-dollar P&Ls in the media industry, managing big teams, tackling tough people challenges, and experiencing firsthand the highs and lows of building something that lasts.
When I discovered EOS, everything clicked. At the time, I was leading sales at a company running on EOS and working with an Implementer. For the first time, I felt like I had a framework that made sense. The tools weren’t just theory—they worked. They gave me clarity, accountability, and traction. That experience inspired me to become an EOS Implementer in 2019.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of leading nearly 400 full-day client sessions. I also coach new Implementers through EOS Worldwide as a Sprint Coach, which gives me the chance to pay it forward and help others get off to a strong start.
But at the heart of it, my “why” is simple: I want to make a difference. I love helping entrepreneurial leaders cut through the noise, get aligned, and build healthier teams so they can not only grow their business but also enjoy the life they’re working so hard for. That’s what fires me up.
