A tested entrepreneurial leader, founder and investor, Phil understands the challenges entrepreneurs face in building a thriving and sustainable business. He’s learned it the hard way.
Phil’s first major leadership role came as a result of the founder firing his boss, the company president. As a result, he took the reins of a 175-person specialty coffee company that had no operating system, no defined roles and no clear vision of where the company was headed.
The result? Six years of frustration!
It was when Phil later assumed the CEO role for a 40-person professional services firm that he discovered the simplicity of the EOS® model and adopted it into the company.
Since then, he’s had a key leadership role in 3 companies operating on the EOS model. Phil knows firsthand the control and freedom EOS offers owners and their leadership teams over their business.
He brings decades of cross-functional experience covering multiple industries in finance, operations, business development and years consulting and mentoring many entrepreneurial companies.
Phil’s passion is now helping other leaders realize their vision by implementing EOS and creating a roadmap for long-term success.
