As a multi-unit, multi-brand franchisee and former CPA, I’ve been in the weeds of running restaurants, service businesses and people-heavy teams. I combine this experience with a passion to help entrepreneurs get what they want out of their businesses through the power of EOS.
I started out as a CPA in Boston and worked for PwC as well as a large hedge fund. I quickly found that I enjoyed the social aspect of working in an office much more than working in an office. So I ripped the Band-Aid at age 26, leaving the tax world forever.
Upon relocating to Charleston, SC, I pursued my passion for entrepreneurship and franchising. I opened three successful restaurants and continue to grow our franchise portfolio. I am a strong community builder and business partner, having served on multiple Boards, including the YMCA of Greater Charleston and our local volunteer fire department.
After years of indirect run-ins with Traction and EOS, I finally decided to see what the hype was all about. I devoured the timeless principles and saw EOS as the missing puzzle piece to help get a grip on our businesses. I quickly hired an Implementer to assist with the launch of EOS in our businesses and enjoyed the process so much that I became one myself. I now spend my days making a difference by sharing EOS with like-minded business owners.
